Twas the night before Christmas

Well actually the night before we walk. We have had our briefing on how to
follow red ribbons to stay on the right path, how to discretly go and take
care of bodily functions and (most importantly) what time we are up
tomorrow! We have spent an afternoon chilling in the hotel and trying to
recover from the jet lag, now it's getting very close to bed time and the
start of the big walk. Just pity the poor guys sharing a room with Andrew
and his snoring.

Hi Bro's, "No pain, No gain". God I hated that saying in the Army, the only one I really liked was "If it ain't raining, it ain't training",now that's better. But I think the one most appropriate comes from are old friends the French Foreign Legion, "March or Die"..!!

To the intrepid Three (Ann, Andrew & Simon)
Glad to hear you survived your first days trek, from now on it should be plain sailing?
Peter enjoyed his first week at his new school, all those lessons from Uncle Simon proved to be a success he had a date on Sunday with a girl from the school. Took her for coffee at Starbucks.
Must go the builders have arrived.
