Tracklogs and other techy stuff
First things first.
We understand that Flickr is blocked at Newick House.
So we've managed to upload photos to Picasaweb too. Click on the picture below to go to there and then click "slideshow". We haven't had time to add captions yet - so you may have to use your imagination. (There are more photos here than in Flickr at present)

And finally the graph of our physical ups and downs is also up live here. It needs some explaining......Today's walk had two optional sections in it. One of these was to get to the top of the highest section of wall. You have to clinb up and then come back the same way. You can see this on the graph clearly.

despite the comments that this is suitable terrain for high heels, I can't see anyone looking as if it is a stroll in the park! I hope you are looking forward to the rest of your days now that you have seen a bit of the reality. Well done guys and I trust that you are enjoying yourselves at least a bit. Lots of love from us all at home.
Mel and the boysxxx

Hope you don't roast.

Sharron, you mention the hat....what about the muddy coloured t-shirts and the camouflage trousers. Come on, you're his sister and you have such taste...I'm disappointed you dont have more influence over him!

Good morning to all. This is Christine's mom.
Congratulations on surviving the walk yesterday, hope you all had a good nite's rest and are ready for today. I want to commend you for doing this to benefit such a great cause. Pictures are great, loved the praying mantis and of course, Christine's picture taking pictures, and the wall is just awesome, just looking at those steps tire me.
Best of luck and energy in the rest of the walk. have fun and be safe.
Thelma
