Friday early AM

We are all waking up in China (at 4 in the morning) and getting ready for a
4:30 start up the Wall. 12,000 steps from Tower 3 to Tower 11, the highest
point on the mountain! We are time (and fitness) constrained so we should
all make Tower 7, but it will be very chalenging to get to Tower 11. We are
all a little scared but determined to give it our best shot for the sake of
everyone who has sponsored us and all the rest of our fellow trekkers.

Here we go.

Hey Paul, you're a bit quiet on the blog stakes mate, but I just thought I'd let you know that I'm thinking of you all. I know how hard fundraising is and will just say YOU DID A FANTASTIC JOB THERE! Hope you are enjoying the experience, sounds amazing. Alison

To the intreid three (Ann, Andrew & Simon)
Just logged on before I retire for the evening. Mum and I think you are fantastic, we may be a bit biased. However, well done to our three and congratulations to a marvellous group of people. To the photographer we think you are the best.

Hi Guys,

Nana says that she is proud of you and sends her love. She thinks that you should tread carefully and take care. She also thinks you should go at your own pace and damn anyone who tells you otherwise.

We are both looking forward to next week. Nana has almost got over her moisturizer crisis :-)

Can't wait to see you! almost there!

Take care

Nana and Ceri
